This is not an ideal program for you if you are hoping for someone to tell you exactly what to do and to do the work for you. While this program includes services such as resume reviews, mock interviews, and assessments – every part of the program is collaborative and will entail follow-through and dedication on your end. You will benefit the most when YOU get to take control of your process and actions.

Program Length
This program is unique in that it is broken down into a monthly subscription and does not have a specific duration. Each client experience may be different. However, in order to impact change at a high level and for you to reach your goals – three months is the minimum recommended time. Each coaching appointment is one hour in length, and coaching typically occurs on a bi-weekly basis (twice a month).
